We’re serving the best wines, Maes pils, Bionade, Vedett, coffee from Rotterdam’s famous coffeeroaster Man met Bril, as well as delicious antipasti and hearty salads.

Friday September 23rd, we organise the fourth edition of friday-drinks at Mess’ Werkplaats in the Schieblock, we have Hamburgers for only €7.50 (max 50), Hefeweizen beer on draught and nice wine: Is there a better way to start a great weekend?

The Goethe-Institut Rotterdam is celebrating its 60th birthday and the start of the new cultural season with a surprise concert by Doelenkwartet and variations of Black Forest gateau.

This food festival and market aims to bring the best of nearby farms to us, cityfolk. City-, rooftop- or good old coutryside farmers will show you their work on the Heemraadsplein in Rotterdam-West. This square will be transformed into a big urban farmyard. There’s music, art and kids stuff too. This year, we especially salute the potato and the pig.

The last Saturday of August we would like to invite you to taste delicious samples of organic wines. The Catalan wine importer ‘Wijn en Cava’ is introducing some wines (whites, reds and rosés) and also cavas, the lovely sparkling wine, tipical from Catalonia. You can even enjoy a special pink cava. Tafelen aan de kade (dinner on the quay) is an initiative from the people living in Coolhaven. They’ve transformed multiple places on the quay into a terras. A place to celebrate the end of the summer and the start of a new season.
