Black Grapes draws its inspiration from the lively New York in the 80’s, when the disco era was reaching his end and house music started to emerge. It was a time when artistic expression ran rampant and a open mind was a fact.

Juxtapose invited the homies Jameszoo and Eaglemen to play some lovely music. We find it hard to describe what they do, that they have an eclectic taste is too much of an understatement. To give you an idea; Jameszoo has released his music on Kindred Spirits and Rwina Records and will feature on Jon Wayne’s album that will be out on Stones Throw. The guys from Eaglemen have a weekly show on Red Light Radio which goes from afrobeat to hiphop and from reggae to rarities.

Rotterdam - 360 Degrees is an evening which is based on the past, the now and the future of house music. So Expect influences like afrobeat, heavy soul, phat funk and some new and old detroit/chicago house in the mix.

Two DJ teams from Rotterdam and Amsterdam will play all night at BAR. Malawi including Trouw resident Job Jobse will versus the Rotterdam based Bodacious Few. Expect the finest in disco and house.
