For the second edition of the yearly night of debates at Arminius the Goethe-Institut collaborated with WORM to present a debate about privacy (online). Come along to discuss with the Dutch investigative-journalist Brenno de Winter, a German media-theorist, the moderator and the audience.

Artist’s Books Workshop

Saturday, 13th December, from 11am-5pm. Organised by misprint-it

Everyone is invited to join and produce artists’ books from maps, old books, newspapers, found printed media and/or more traditional materials. This practical workshop is an opportunity to design, carve, print and fold an edition to take home at the end of the day.

De Hef is one of Rotterdam’s most famous bridges. Do you love it as much as the guides of Parfum de BoemBoem do? Let them take you on a four hour bycycle tour this sunday, when the ‘val’ is going to be removed and transported over the river Maas. New robots are advancing and will take over many higher skilled jobs, especially ‘brainwork’. According to experts half of all jobs will disappear, and not enough new jobs will come in return. Which jobs will disappear first?
