Friday the 5th of July the Benjamin Herman Trio will play at BIRD.

From September, rockband De Staat starts touring again. After a period of silence, the band announced a series of gigs across the country. Motel Mozaique presents De Staat on Thursday 14 November in Corso Rotterdam! Same club where they gave a sold out show in April 2011.

Besides shows at the biggest European festivals like Hurricane and Rock Werchter gypsypunkband Gogol Bordello plays the Rotterdamse Schouwburg on Sunday 23 June, their only Dutch show! One month later the band from New York will release their new album Pura Vida Conspiracy.

Frankie Cosmos is a very young and extremely talented and creative singer-songwriter in Folk-Rock style from New York City.

Negative Pegasus’ sound is a world away from their sunny, seaside home in Southern England. Richard Netley (Guitar/Vocals), Todd Jordan (Guitar/Vocals) and Carla Foss (Drums) mix droning, grinding loops with wild, sheets of guitar feedback to create a malevolent stew of hard-psyche and woozy, drone-garage.

RADIO RADIO is about radio and the endless search for a stage for the unusual. Shortly said: where the late 90s inspired the electronic rock and experimental music to put live peformances on the radio, nowadays we like the ‘content is everywhere’-idea and we like to make the product scarcity. If the content is everywhere because of podcasting and downloading, there is a chance for radio to make it more wanted. To not make it repeatable, like this event.
